Indianfields Township Park

Indianfields Township Park was established in 1947 and is located on M-81, 2 miles west of Caro. The park has 4 pavilions, several picnic areas, 2 playgrounds with recently updated equipment, baseball field, horseshoes, volleyball, canoe access to the Cass River, areas for fishing as well as almost 100 acres of nature trails for hiking. It is also the site of a compost demonstration site funded by grant money as a joint project of Indianfields Township and other local entities. Indianfields Township Park boasts a butterfly and herb garden that is maintained by the Master Gardeners of Caro. The park is also a popular spot in the summer for weddings and family portraits. The park is open 7 days a week. The park is open from the last weekend of April thru mid October.
