Our organization works with local Downtown Development Authority's.  The Tuscola County EDC has worked with the Village of Caro, the Village of Cass City in their DDA organizational structure to help bring development, commerce and jobs to these municipalities.

The Tuscola County EDC works with all municipalities in Tuscola County to help their commercial districts, downtowns, and shopping areas flourish with increased activity and customer flow.  The EDC utilizes State of Michigan programs and the talents, knowledge and abilities of Tuscola County citizens in bringing the best out of these communities.
