The Tuscola County Economic Development Corporation has administered a Revolving Loan Fund designated for Tuscola County projects for over 22 years which is an excellent tool for local economic development.  Our organization’s fund serves the gap financing needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs.  The resource has helped businesses and individuals in all segments of the economy and in all geographic areas of Tuscola County.  The EDC service is intended to supplement conventional financing and under no circumstances is the fund to replace financing through a financial institution.

The Tuscola County EDC created by the Tuscola County Board of Commissioners in 1982 has an excellent history of administering a local Revolving Loan Fund.  The EDC is dedicated to this vital local economic development funding resource.  The Revolving Loan Fund is overseen by a committee of people with backgrounds with an expertise and exceptional knowledge of gap financing.
